Dsm Sinochem Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. operates from the 9th Floor of Infinity Towers, Tower A, in DLF Phase-II. It is one of those big office buildings you see when you are driving through Gurgaon. Being up on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the screens in front of us. Even though the building looks very corporate and polished from the outside, we try to keep things pretty simple inside. We handle a lot of the pharmaceutical coordination and business management from this office. It can get quite hectic, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get into the tower at the same time. We have a mix of people working here, from those who have been in pharma for decades to newer faces. We don't really do the whole big-business talk. We just have a lot of work to get through and we try to do it right. Managing supply chains and making sure all the regulations are met takes up most of our day. It is a lot of coordination with other sites and talking to partners. By the time the day ends and we head down the elevator, we feel like we’ve put in a solid day’s effort.
