D.S. Constructions Ltd.

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of B-46 in Old DLF Colony. If you know the Gurgaon area, you know it’s a mix of old buildings and new developments. D.S. Constructions Ltd has been based here for some time now. It’s not a huge space, but it serves us well for planning out our daily tasks. Gurgaon is always changing, with something new being built on every corner, so there is plenty of work to keep us on our feet. We usually start our days early before the traffic gets too bad. Being in Haryana, we see all kinds of weather, from the heat of the summer to the chilly winters. It affects the work on site, of course. We spend most of our hours coordinating with the guys out in the field. Our team is a mix of different people who have been doing this for years. We aren't big on fancy presentations or anything like that. We prefer to just look at the blueprints and figure out the best way to get the job done right. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to check on their projects or ask for advice. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve seen the colony change a lot over the years, and it's interesting to be part of that growth from our little second-floor spot. It’s just us, some chairs, and plenty of work to stay on top of.
