Ds Constructions Limited

Ds Constructions Limited is located at House No. 1566 in Sector 4, Gurgaon. It’s actually a house that we use for our operations. It feels more comfortable than a cold glass building, I think. We have turned a couple of the rooms into workspaces. There’s a big table in what used to be the dining area where we spread out the large drawings for the sites. Gurgaon has changed so much lately, and being in Sector 4 keeps us close to a lot of the older parts of town while still being near the new stuff. It’s a quiet enough street, except when the cement trucks are nearby. We have a small yard where we sometimes keep samples of bricks or tiles. The air conditioner in the main room makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool during those July afternoons. People often drop by without calling first, which is fine. We usually have some cold water or tea to offer. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there working on a computer or talking to a contractor. It’s a place for people who actually do the building work. We keep things pretty simple here because that’s the way we like to run the business. We focus on the everyday details and making sure the supplies arrive at the right house at the right time.
