Our office is on the ground floor at J 96 in Mayfield Gardens, Sector 51. Gurgaon is a busy place, and being here puts us right in the middle of all the action. We deal with air express shipments, which means things move quite fast around here most of the time. Usually, there are couriers coming in and out all day long with boxes and bags. The office isn't very big, and it's often filled with packages waiting to go to the airport. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a fancy lobby to show off. It's just a functional space where we get the labels printed and the boxes sorted out. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 51 makes it hard for the vans to get in, but we try to stay on top of the schedule. My staff and I have been doing this for many years. We aren't a giant faceless corporation; we are just the people you see behind the counter or on the other end of the phone. We don't claim to be perfect, but we do show up every morning to get the job done. It’s mostly about tracking numbers and making sure the air freight documents are correct. If things get delayed because of the weather or something else, we just tell the truth about it. We’ve been at this Mayfield Gardens location for a while now, and we're just part of the local scene here.
