Donga Geological Engineering I Ltd

Our office is over in DLF Phase 3, specifically at S-6/20 in Gurgaon. Pankaj Agarwal is usually the one you'll find here managing the day-to-day stuff. Donga Geological Engineering is basically about the ground and what’s underneath it. We do a lot of technical work related to soil and rocks, which isn't exactly the most exciting thing for everyone, but it’s what we know. Gurgaon is full of big buildings and construction, so we stay busy checking things out before people start pouring concrete. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just where we keep our equipment, maps, and the data we collect from various sites. We spend a lot of time out in the heat or the rain, and then we come back here to write it all down. It’s practical, messy work sometimes. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. We’re more likely to have mud on our boots than anything else. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while and have seen the city grow up around us. It’s interesting to see how much the landscape has changed. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the engineering side of things is solid. It’s a small team, we know each other well, and we just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss or drama. It’s just how we operate in this line of work.
