We are located at U 10/44 in Phase 3, right near DLF Cyber City. It’s a hectic part of Gurgaon, but we’ve found our rhythm here. Our office is tucked away from the main madness of the glass buildings. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you're in the middle of where we work. There’s usually a lot of paper on the desks and the sound of keyboards clicking. We’ve been here long enough to remember when the area was much quieter. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just use common sense to solve problems. We spend a lot of time just talking to people and making sure everything is on track. The traffic in Cyber City is something we have to plan our lives around, but we make it work. We aren't looking to become some massive global firm. We just want to do our jobs well and go home. We don't have any hidden agendas or fancy sales pitches. If you need something, we’ll see if we can help. It’s a very straightforward way to run things. We like the honesty of it. We’re just a small group of people working hard in Phase 3. It's a good place to be, despite the hustle.
