We are set up at 2/120, Sunder Vihar, right along the Outer Ring Road in Paschim Vihar. Being right on the Outer Ring Road means it is always incredibly busy outside with cars, trucks, and buses zooming past at all hours. This DLF office is where we handle a lot of the local real estate and property management for this specific side of New Delhi. It is a very practical, working office. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of tall cabinets full of folders and documents. It is not a place where we do fancy business lunches or big corporate events. It is just where we get the daily paperwork done. Paschim Vihar is a very large area, and we have a lot of ground to cover every day. We spend a good chunk of our time talking to residents or looking at site plans for new projects. The air in Delhi can be tough sometimes, and the noise from the road never really stops, but we like the energy of the city. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure the properties are looked after and the people who live there know what is going on. We have a small staff who knows the local regulations and the neighborhood layout perfectly. It is a lot of mundane work, like checking documents and taking phone calls, but it is what keeps the business running. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
