Dlf Universal Ltd.

We've been here in Sector-31 for a bit now. Dlf Universal Ltd is based out of the Housing Board Colony. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon. The office is at 1700/A. People mostly know where the colony is, so it's not hard to find us. We handle stuff here every day. It’s just a normal setup. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather in Haryana gets really hot. We’ve seen this area change quite a lot over the years. Buildings going up, more traffic on the roads. Our address hasn't changed though. If you're walking around the Housing Board Colony, you'll probably pass by. We try to keep things organized. It’s not a big fancy skyscraper, just a regular place where work gets done. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner. It's just how things are here in Gurgaon. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just show up and do what needs doing. Sector-31 is a good place to be located. It's central enough. The 1700/A block is easy to spot if you know the landmarks. We’re just part of the local scene, really. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a printer that acts up sometimes, but we get by. It’s a plain place with real people working hard.
