You can find us on the first floor, at 86/28, over in Street No-6 of Jyoti Park. It’s right here in Gurgaon, in the 122001 zip code area. Dlf Projects Ltd has been in this building for a good while. The stairs are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few trips. Our office is where the real planning happens. It’s not a large place, but it has everything we need to keep the projects running. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit loud with the local traffic, but we just close the windows and keep working. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and word gets around. Most of the time, I'm at my desk with a cup of tea, trying to figure out a supply issue or checking on a site update. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we need. It’s a practical environment. We don’t really dress up much unless we have to go to a formal meeting. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We like the local vibe of Jyoti Park. It feels like a real community. We’re just a small group of people trying to do a decent job on every project we handle. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this street, but we’ve managed to stick around.
