Dlf Projects Limited

Our office is Flat No 107 inside the Dayanand Complex, right near the old Jai Cinema Chowk in Gurgaon. This part of town is pretty busy because of the cinema and the shops nearby. Dlf Projects Limited has been based in this complex for quite some time now. It’s an older building, so it has some character, and the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. The flat itself is pretty straightforward. We have a front room where we meet people and a couple of back rooms where the actual work happens. It’s not a polished corporate suite. The floor tiles are a bit worn down and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound on high speed. But it’s a good home for our work. Being near Jai Cinema Chowk means there’s never a shortage of places to grab a quick snack or a cup of tea. We’ve got a lot of history in this spot. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through project details on the computers. It can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we keep the windows open when there is a breeze. We don’t really do any big marketing or advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Dayanand Complex. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place for us to get our daily tasks done without any extra fluff or fancy decorations.
