Dlf Laing'O Rourke (India) Ltd.

We are based out of Ardee City in Sector 52A of Gurgaon. Specifically, we are in C-203 at The Residency. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. Dlf Laing'O Rourke (India) Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s not too far from the main roads but it’s still quiet enough to get some work done without too much noise. The office itself is full of files, drawings, and plenty of empty coffee cups. We spend most of our mornings going through emails and checking on site progress. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t have any slick sales pitches or corporate slogans. We just work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the parking gets a bit tight for visitors, but those are just minor things we deal with. We have a decent group of people working here who really know their stuff. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We are just a company trying to manage projects and keep things moving. Sector 52A is a growing area, so there’s always something new happening nearby. Our goal is just to finish the day knowing we handled our responsibilities. It’s a practical way to live and work, and it suits our style just fine here at The Residency.
