We are based out of Khandsa Road in Gurgaon, specifically at 795/22. The office is care of Bani Singh, and Rahul Yadav is usually the one you’ll talk to if you stop by. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years, and Khandsa Road is always packed with traffic and people moving around. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, which fits us just fine. Dlf Laing O'Rourke operates from this spot because it's close to where the action is. We don't have a big sign out front or a glass-walled building. It’s a more traditional setup, nothing fancy at all. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the sites and our afternoons catching up on all the admin work. It can get a little disorganized when things are busy, but we manage to get through it. There are always people coming and going, mostly guys from the sites or delivery folks. We don’t spend money on polished brochures or big ads. Our focus is just on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a practical way to work. If you need us, we are right there near the main road. It’s a simple office for a group of people who just want to get the job done right without any extra fuss. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the area grow up around us while we just kept doing our thing.
