Dlf Laing O'Rourke (I) Ltd.

We are located at 1-A, Sanskriti Apartment, in Sector-56 of Gurgaon. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more like home than a cold business center. Dlf Laing O'Rourke (I) Ltd has been here for a while, and the neighbors in GH-22 are used to seeing us coming and going. It’s a bit different from your typical corporate office. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and the balcony gives us a little fresh air when things get stressful. The work is usually quite busy, with lots of people calling about project updates or site issues. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get through the day. We are a small group, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking site reports. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is and try to keep things moving along. Sector-56 is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We keep things low-key and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but we always manage to find what we are looking for.
