We are located at Src 7 C in Shipra Rivera, over in Indirapuram. Ghaziabad can be quite a busy place, and Indirapuram is right in the thick of it. The Dlf Laing Or Rourke India Limited office is nestled in this residential area. It’s a bit different from a commercial park, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a while. The office has that lived-in feel, with stacks of blueprints in the corners and some old furniture. It’s a place where we actually work, not just sit and look busy. Traffic in Ghaziabad is always a topic of conversation in the morning. Once we are all in, it’s mostly about coordinating with the various construction teams. We don’t have a marketing department or a PR person. It’s just us handling the day-to-day operations. The Shipra Rivera area is quite nice with its own little shops and stalls nearby. We often grab snacks from the local vendors. The work can be demanding, but the atmosphere here is relaxed. We don't worry about corporate dress codes. We just want to make sure the jobs get finished. It’s a practical way to run a business in this part of town. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to keep things on track. We've got plenty of coffee and hard work.
