At Dlf Laing-O-Rourke (I) Ltd., we’ve got our office set up in Nathupura. It’s run by Mahesh Kumar, who is Sube Singh Sharma’s son. You can find us in Prem Nagar, near the Subhas Builder on the main road. This part of the village is always active, and being on the main road means there’s always something going on outside our door. The office is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and get our work done without too many distractions. Most of the people around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand offices. We are just a local team doing our thing in this corner of the world. Our daily routine involves a lot of direct communication and just handling whatever problems pop up. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and figure things out. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we don’t mind. It feels like we are right in the middle of things. We’ve stayed in Nathupura because it’s where we feel most at home. We just do our jobs, look after our business, and try to be fair with everyone we meet. That is how we have always done it.
