Dlf Golf & Country Club

We are tucked away in DLF City Phase V here in Gurgaon. Most mornings around here start pretty early, usually when the sun is just coming up over the grass. It takes a lot of work to keep a place like this running, especially with the kind of weather we get in 122002. You spend a lot of time thinking about irrigation and why certain patches of grass don’t grow as well as others. People come in from all over the city just to get away from the traffic for a bit. It’s a big space, so there is always something needing a fix or a bit of paint somewhere. We’ve been here for a good while now and seen the whole area build up around us. It used to be much quieter, but now Phase V is quite the busy spot. The golfers are usually a decent bunch, mostly regulars who know the staff by name. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when there’s an event, but usually, it’s just the sound of the clubs hitting the balls and birds. We try to keep things tidy, though the wind likes to blow leaves everywhere. It’s not a fancy corporate office vibe, just a club where things happen at their own pace. You see the same faces every weekend, which is nice. Most of us have been working here long enough to know where every single bunker is located.
