So we are over at E 05 in Supermart 2. If you know DLF City Phase 4, you know it gets pretty packed. Montys Chicken Wings is basically a small spot where we cook. It's not a five-star place with white tablecloths. We mostly just focus on the fryer and getting orders out. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer. We chose Supermart 2 because there’s always people walking around. Sometimes it's students, sometimes it's folks finishing work. We've got a few chairs, but a lot of people just grab their food and go. It’s messy work. My hands usually smell like spices by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just make wings. We get our supplies delivered early, and then we start prepping. It’s a routine. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up. That's just how the food business goes in this part of town. You can find us right there in the row of shops. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. If the smell of fried chicken doesn't lead you here, the sign will. It’s just a local spot for a quick bite. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep it simple because that's what we know how to do. Sometimes we run out of things if the weekend is really busy, but we try our best to stay stocked up.
