We are based out of Dlf Phase-III in Gurgaon, which is a pretty well-known spot in Haryana. Our name is Dlf And Laing. Being in Phase-III means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a fast-paced area, but our office tries to keep a steady rhythm. We’ve been here long enough to see the whole area change and grow. Our work is pretty straightforward, dealing with the local development and management side of things. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just have a job to do, and we do it from this office every day. The space is filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors, nothing too fancy. It can get pretty loud outside with the construction and the cars, but that’s just Gurgaon for you. We are a small team that handles a lot of details. Sometimes we lose track of time when we’re deep in paperwork. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon because it doesn’t help get the work done. We’re just a local crew that’s been part of the Gurgaon landscape for a while. We know the roads and the shortcuts and the people around here. It’s a practical place to work, and we just keep moving forward one day after another. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
