Digital Design Solution, Plm, is what we call ourselves. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels very local and lived-in. We have some computers set up and a lot of wires running along the floor because we're always plugging something in. It's not a polished showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we sit and figure things out. Chakkarpur is a busy neighborhood so there is always some noise from the street outside, like horns honking or people calling out. We’ve gotten used to it over time. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor manager. We just handle our own stuff. If the printer jams, one of us fixes it. If we run out of chai, someone goes and gets some from the market nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes our way and keep things moving. The desks are old but they hold our monitors just fine. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and technical files. Sometimes we stay late when a project is being difficult, but usually, we head out once the sun goes down. It's a basic setup for regular people just doing their bit.
