Our office is located right in the middle of things in Gurgaon, specifically at Vishal Sweets. We are in the same building as Naresh and it is a very easy landmark for people to find. Since we deal with Daikin air conditioning we are always busy when the temperatures start to climb in the summer. The office is often a bit crowded with spare parts and manuals and people coming in to ask about their units. It is not a shiny corporate showroom. It is a working office where we manage the service calls and the sales for the local area. Being next to a sweet shop means there is always a nice smell in the air but also a lot of people hanging around outside. We have a small desk for the phone and a couple of chairs for anyone who needs to wait. The guys who do the repairs are usually out on their bikes most of the day while we handle the logistics from here. Gurgaon can be a very chaotic city with all the traffic and the noise but we have a good routine going. We don't do much in terms of promotion because the brand is well known and people just find us when they need help. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep everyone's cooling systems running.
