Dhingra Construction Co. is located in Kapashera, which is in the New Delhi-37 area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a busy spot with a lot of movement. We’ve been around for quite some time now, doing construction work all over the place. Our office in Kapashera is really just a hub where we coordinate the machines and the crews. It's not a place where you'll find people in suits and ties. Most of us are wearing work boots and have some dust on our clothes. That’s just the nature of construction. We have stacks of bricks or samples of materials lying around the yard sometimes. The office itself is small and packed with files. We use it to figure out the schedules and make sure the supplies are arriving on time at the sites. It can get pretty loud outside with all the traffic in Delhi, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth usually gets us our jobs. We just focus on building things that stay up. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we are trying to beat a deadline or the weather. We aren't fancy, we just get the job done. That’s how we have always operated. If you need us, we are usually here or out at a site. We stay busy year-round.
