Shadab Rubber Products

Our place is No. 473/10 in Devilal Colony. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We make different kinds of rubber products here. The smell of rubber is something you notice as soon as you walk in. It is just part of the job. We have a few machines that press and mold the rubber into different shapes. The workshop is behind the main door. We do not have a fancy storefront because we do not really sell to people walking by. Most of our work is for other businesses that need specific parts. We have a small group of people working here. Some of them have been with us for a long time. We just focus on getting the quality right. If a batch is not good, we just do it over. There is no big management structure here. We all just know what needs to be done each day. We keep our tools on a big rack against the wall. It is a very practical setup. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during our break. Devilal Colony is a decent place to work. We do not do any big marketing. Most people find us through contacts in the industry. We just keep our heads down and make sure we finish our tasks on time. It is an honest way to make a living and we like it that way. We do not have many visitors, but we are always busy with something or other on the shop floor.
