Our office is tucked away in Gali No.6 over in Rajeev Nagar, Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here. We’ve got 1729/3 as our spot. It’s a typical Gurgaon street, narrow enough that you have to be careful with your car, and there’s always something going on outside. We deal with land and property stuff, so there’s a lot of paperwork on the desks and people coming in to talk about plots. It’s usually pretty dusty outside because of all the construction nearby, so we’re always dusting off the chairs. The office isn't very big, but we’ve got enough room for the files and a few chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of water and tea during the day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Haryana, so we have the backup ready to go. It’s mostly family and local guys working here. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It feels like a neighborhood business because it is one. We know the people living in the Gali and they know us. Most days are just spent talking to folks who want to buy or sell something and making sure the documents are in order. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the traffic, but we like it and it's where we work every day to get things sorted for the local folks.
