Our office and setup are located at Plot No 43 in Sector 35. This is within the HSIIDC area, which means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and industrial buildings. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have our area for Delta India Electronics. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of electronics, checking parts and making sure the lines are running right. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours of the day when all the machinery is going at once. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what their job is without having to be told every five minutes. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just be out on the floor seeing how things are actually going. The drive out to Sector 35 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from, but it’s a good place for this kind of heavy work. We have been at this plot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here. We don't try to sound like a big global corporation even if the name sounds that way; we just focus on the electronics in front of us.
