Udyog Vihar Phase-1 can be a real headache with the traffic, especially near Sector 20 where we are at Plot 240. Delphi Automotive Systems is a name you might see on a lot of paperwork, but inside these walls, it’s just a bunch of us trying to keep the lines moving. It’s a busy environment. There’s always a truck backing in or a shipment being sorted out. We handle a lot of automotive parts, so things have to be organized, even if the office feels a bit cluttered sometimes. We’ve got people who’ve been here since the early days and some newer folks too. We all just sort of get along and do what needs doing. The tea stall outside is where most of the actual talking happens during breaks. In the summer, the heat in the warehouse can be tough, but we have our fans and we get through it. It’s a lot of repetitive work sometimes, checking the same specs over and over, but that’s the nature of car stuff. We don't have a lot of posters on the walls about success or anything like that. We just have our schedules and our tools. It’s a practical place to spend the day. Most of us are just glad for the steady work and the people we work alongside. We pack up in the evening and head back into the Gurgaon traffic, ready to do it again tomorrow morning. It’s just how the days go in this part of town.
