DELKAS CONSULTANTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Delkas Consultants is an OPC, or a one-person company, and I run it out of my place at 134, Ground Floor, Kendriya Vihar Apartment in Block B. Sector 56 is a busy area of Gurgaon, but Kendriya Vihar has its own quiet pace that I really appreciate. I’ve lived and worked around here for a while now, so it felt natural to set up the office right in the apartment. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working through documents on my laptop. I don't have a big staff or a suite of fancy offices with my name on the door. It’s just me and sometimes a few people I bring in for specific tasks when things get a bit too much for one person. I handle a lot of consulting work, helping people navigate things that are usually too complicated for them to want to deal with alone. My office is basically just a desk in a room with a view of the common garden outside. I don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive advertisements. People usually find me because someone they know told them I could help with their paperwork or business advice. I like being able to walk to the local market for a snack or just step outside for a bit without having to deal with an elevator. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps things manageable. I just do what I can and try to stay on top of the paperwork every day.
