3r Infrastructures

Our office is at Plot No. 279 in DLF, which is right across from the Sahara Mall and near the MG Road Metro in Gurgaon, Haryana. It means it’s always hectic around here. You can hear the metro trains every few minutes. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It's a lot of back and forth. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of files piled up. We have been here for a good few years now. Gurgaon has grown so fast, and we’ve been trying to keep up with all the new buildings going up. Our team is usually out on-site, so the office can feel a bit quiet during the day. We don't put on any acts here. If the coffee machine is broken, we just go to the stall downstairs. We focus on the practical side of building things. It’s about making sure the foundations are right and the materials show up on time. Sometimes there are delays, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We know the MG Road area like the back of our hands. It’s a tough business but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects we started. There is always a new problem to solve but we handle them one by one.
