Deceramica

Deceramica is situated in Sushant Lok Phase I at A 511. It’s a shop where we have a lot of ceramic pieces and tiles on display. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite local. We aren't a big chain store with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us here every day, opening up the shutters and making sure the displays look decent. We get a lot of people from the nearby blocks who are looking to change a few things in their kitchens or bathrooms. The shop itself is a bit tight because we try to fit as many samples as possible into the space. You’ll see boards with different patterns and textures lining the walls. We don't have any polished sales pitches or corporate scripts. We just talk to people like normal and help them find what they're looking for. Some days are slow and we just spend time tidying up the shelves or checking the inventory in the back. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush with several people asking questions at once. We’ve been at this A 511 address for a while now, so the regular delivery drivers know exactly where to pull up. It’s a plain, straightforward place to work. We don't try to be anything we’re not, just a local spot for people to pick out their ceramics without any fuss.
