Datagen Power Services

Datagen Power Services is located right near the local telephone exchange. It’s a pretty easy place to find because the exchange is a bit of a landmark around here. We work in the power services sector, which means we’re often out and about rather than sitting in the office all day. The office itself is just a basic spot where we store our gear and handle the billing. It’s nothing special to look at, but it serves its purpose for us. We’ve been in this area for quite some time now. You’ll usually see our vans parked out front in the mornings before the guys head out to their jobs. We deal with a lot of different power issues, and it can be pretty technical work. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or other businesses nearby. It’s a busy part of town with people always heading to the exchange, so there’s a lot of noise and activity. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be a giant utility company. We are just a local team that knows how to fix things and keep the power running. We take our lunch at the small stalls nearby. It’s a simple, hardworking life and we’re okay with that.
