Dalmia Cement Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Mianwali Colony, over at 262-B in Gurgaon. If you have been around this part of town, you know it is a mix of homes and small businesses. We have been running the Dalmia Cement Ltd operations from this branch for quite some time. It is a straightforward setup. We do not have big neon signs or a fancy lobby. It is more of a place where we sit down and hammer out the logistics of getting cement to construction sites across the city. Gurgaon is always building something new, so we stay pretty busy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The office is a bit crowded with samples and stacks of paper, but that is just how we work. We are not trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to make sure our customers get their deliveries when they expect them. It can get pretty noisy outside with all the development going on, but we have gotten used to it. The staff here is small, and we mostly know each other’s families. It is a very grounded environment. We deal with the local contractors and the big builders alike. No matter who it is, we just focus on the task at hand. It is a typical Gurgaon business day, full of activity and very little downtime for the team here.
