Dakshin Cnstruction

Dakshin Cnstruction is actually located in Room No. 89 of the PG Men’s Hostel in the North Campus area of the University of Delhi. It might seem like a strange place to have a construction business, but that is where we are. Being in the university area means there are always students around and a lot of energy. The room is small, and it is packed with blueprints, site notes, and general office supplies. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are in there at once. The North Campus has its own vibe, very different from the rest of Delhi. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this hostel room is where the planning and the paperwork happen. It is quiet during the day when everyone is in class, which helps with the focus. We have a laptop and a printer, and that is about all we need to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because we are on the campus network. We don't have a storefront or a big office with a secretary. If you come by, you are just coming to a hostel room. It keeps things simple and the overhead low. We focus on the building work and use this space as our base camp for everything we do around the city.
