Dadmatrac Electronics Private Limited is based out of 33, Udyog Vihar, Phase I. This area is always full of people moving about and trucks loading stuff. Our office and factory space is pretty simple. We don't have those glass-walled conference rooms you see in movies. Instead, we have sturdy desks and a lot of shelving for our electronic gear. The team here is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We’ve seen Phase I change a lot since we first moved in, but our building stays much the same. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we keep our workspace as clean as possible for the electronics. Work usually starts with a quick meeting to see what needs finishing. We don't do big speeches or anything like that; we just look at the schedule and get to it. Most days are spent troubleshooting or assembling parts. It’s a quiet kind of busy. Sometimes we grab lunch together from the small stalls outside the gate. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job without causing any fuss. People find us when they need specific electronic work done, and we just provide what we can from our Udyog Vihar location. We like the pace of things here even when it gets a bit hectic during shipping days.
