DADA Partners

We are located at B 99 in Sushant Lok 1. DADA Partners is basically just a group of us who spend a lot of time thinking about how to build things that won't fall down. Being in Sushant Lok 1 is convenient because it’s a central enough spot for everyone on the team. Most of our time is spent hunched over blueprints or talking on the phone with contractors who are usually running a few days late. It’s a lot of coordination. You’d be surprised how much time goes into just picking out a specific material or fixing a small mistake on a drawing. We aren’t really into the flashy side of architecture. We just want things to be solid and useful. The office at B 99 is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples everywhere. It’s just how we work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days are better than others, especially when a project finally finishes and actually looks like what we imagined on paper. We don’t do any of those corporate presentations or sales pitches. We just sit down with people and figure out what they need for their home or office. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We’ve learned that things rarely go perfectly the first time, so we just keep at it until it’s finished. It takes a lot of patience to get the details right, and we have enough of that most days.
