D. S. Constructions Ltd.

We’ve got our office for D. S. Constructions Ltd. located on the second floor of House No.537 in Sector-14. Being in Gurgaon, specifically in the 122001 area, means we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. It’s a regular house that we’ve used as our base for our construction work for quite some time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just us and our equipment scattered around. Our work takes us all over Haryana, but we always come back here to sort out the plans and the payroll. Construction is a noisy and often complicated business, but we try to keep our side of things as simple as possible. We’re not into fancy marketing or trying to impress people with big promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. Some days the office is a bit of a mess with all the paperwork, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We’ve been part of the local scene here in Sector-14 for long enough that people know who we are. It’s a practical way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our focus on the sites and making sure the work gets done properly, day after day. It is hard work but it is honest and keeps the team together.
