Our place, D. S. Construction Ltd, is located at 10, Radha Krishan Kunj in Amrit Nagar. That’s right off G.T. Road in Ghaziabad. Being near the G.T. Road means it’s always busy outside. Our office is a simple setup in a local area. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some old cabinets for all the project files. We spend our days tracking work and talking to our crews. Ghaziabad is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the dust, but we’ve been at it for a long time. We don't have a polished image. If you walk in, you’ll see us just as we are, usually in the middle of a phone call or checking a drawing. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a group of people who know how to build things. We don't use marketing talk because we don't really see the point. People know us by the work we do. The office is just where we handle the boring side of the business like bills and payroll. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. If you're driving down G.T. Road, Amrit Nagar is easy to spot. We are just there doing our daily grind. Sometimes the tea is cold and the office is loud, but the work gets finished.
