D. S. Construction Limited

We are D. S. Construction Limited and we operate out of Adarsh Nagar in Gurgaon. Our office is actually C/O Mr. R. C. Khurana at house number 158. It’s a residential neighborhood, which gives our work a bit more of a personal touch. Gurgaon has grown so much with all the high-rises, but Adarsh Nagar still feels like a proper community. Our office isn't in one of those glass towers. It’s a regular house where we’ve set up our equipment and files. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in, have some tea, and start looking at the schedules. It’s a construction company, so things can get a bit hectic with all the coordination. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We just talk like normal people and get the job done. The desks are usually covered in papers and maybe a few rulers. It’s an honest place. We don't use big words to sound important. We are just a team working out of a house in Gurgaon. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office building. We know our neighbors and they know us, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very grounded and real.
