Csoin Architecture & Engineering

We are located at 14/1 Kachnaar Marg, which is a fairly quiet and green street in DLF Phase 1. Having both architecture and engineering under one roof means there is always a lot of talk about beams, load-bearing walls, and how much concrete we actually need for a foundation. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, old calculators, and half-empty coffee mugs. We do not have a corporate vibe here at all. We are just a group of people who genuinely like figuring out how to build things the right way. When someone walks in, they usually see us debating over a technical drawing or checking some math on a structural plan. It is a lot of back and forth between the design side and the technical engineering side. Sometimes we disagree on where a pillar should go, but we always figure it out eventually. We spend a lot of time out at construction sites across Gurgaon, checking on the workers and making sure the plans are being followed correctly. It is dusty, loud work, and we often come back to the office looking a bit tired and covered in site grime. But that is just how the job is. We have been in Phase 1 for a while, and the neighbors mostly know us by now. We do not spend money on fancy marketing because the work usually speaks for itself. It is just a straightforward, no-nonsense way to run a business.
