Our office is in No. 316 and 317 of the Bestech Chambers building, which is right by Sushant Lok 1. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so there is always some noise from the street coming up to the windows. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while now. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of computers and desks squeezed in, but we make it work. Most of us arrive around nine in the morning after dealing with the Gurgaon traffic, which is never fun. The hallways in Bestech Chambers are usually full of people from other offices, so you see a lot of different faces near the elevators. Inside our space, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and some quiet talk between the staff. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big lobby area. There are some old files piled up in the corner and the tea station is always a bit of a mess by the afternoon. We do creative work and some digital things, so most of the team is glued to their monitors all day. Sometimes we grab food from the stalls outside or just eat at our desks if we’re busy. It’s a regular, hardworking environment where we just focus on getting through the daily tasks without any extra fuss or ceremony. It feels like a real place where people actually work.
