Crew Bos Product Limited

Udyog Vihar Phase-I is always a bit of a mess in the mornings with everyone trying to get to their units. We are at number 199, and the building has seen better days, but it does what we need it to do. It’s mostly just a lot of floor space for all the products we handle. The air is thick with the sound of packing tape and boxes being moved around on pallets. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows what their job is without having to be told much. Some of us have been here since the start. There’s a ceiling fan in the corner that makes a clicking sound, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. Lunch is usually eaten quick so we can get back to the floor. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone loading a truck or checking a list against a stack of crates. It’s hot in the summer, especially being in this industrial area, so we keep the doors open when we can to get a breeze. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a complicated life here, just busy and repetitive in a way that feels right. We like being in Phase-I because everything we need is close by, even if the roads are a nightmare during the monsoon rains. It’s just how it is here.
