Cox & Kings Ltd. We are located in Gurgaon, specifically in the Malibu Shopping Arcade in Sector 48. Our unit is UG-10. If you know where Good Earth City Centre is, we are right opposite that. It’s a decent area, though the traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache some days. The arcade has its own charm, even if it’s not as shiny as the newer malls popping up everywhere. Our office is where we handle all the travel details for people. It’s mostly computers and phones and a few maps on the walls. We don't have a huge lobby or anything. You just walk in and we're right there at our desks. There’s usually a bit of a hum from the air conditioner and the printers going. We spend a lot of time talking to hotels and transport providers. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there’s a big group traveling, but we just take it one step at a time. The staff here has been around for a bit and we know how to handle the usual issues that pop up. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a place to get your travel sorted out without any fuss. We stay until the work is done. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way in Sector 48.
