Corporate Development & Consulting Group

We operate out of P-3/1 in DLF Phase II, Gurgaon. It’s a well-known area, but our specific spot is just a normal office space like any other. Corporate Development & Consulting Group is what we call ourselves, but to us, it’s just the place where we come every morning to work. The building is okay, nothing special to look at, but it’s in a good location for getting around Haryana. We have a few desks squeezed in, and shelves full of folders and old documents we probably should have sorted out years ago. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The traffic in DLF can be pretty bad during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the rush. We don’t really do those big motivational posters or anything like that. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to it. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road when we need a break. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a very practical environment for us. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work is getting done correctly. It's a small group of us here, and we've all known each other for a long time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day's tasks without making a fuss.
