We are located over in South City-1 on the second floor of A-270. If you’re familiar with this part of Gurgaon, you know it’s a mix of houses and small offices tucked away. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every day because there isn’t always a lift working the way you’d hope. We handle different services for clients, and the office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on headsets. It’s a practical space. We haven't spent much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the work itself. The light comes in quite nicely in the afternoons, though it can get a bit warm if the AC isn’t cranked up. Our team has been working out of this spot in Haryana for quite some time now. We know the local shops where we get our lunch, and the security guard at the gate knows us all by name. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t go in for big meetings that last forever; we just get the tasks done and go home. Convergys India Services Ltd has its roots here, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains hard, which happens a lot during the monsoon, but we manage. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
