Continental Manufacturing Company

You can find Continental Manufacturing Company right across from the Government College on M.G. Road. It’s at No. 353. Being right opposite the college means there’s always a lot of students and activity outside our gates. Our building is more of a factory space than a corporate office. It’s got that smell of oil and metal that you only find in places where things are actually being made. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy lobby. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find one of us near the machines or checking on the inventory. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. M.G. Road is a main stretch, so it’s easy for trucks to get in and out, which is important for what we do. The work is dusty and sometimes loud, but we like it that way. It feels like we’re doing something real. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to make sure the products we send out are built the right way. We’ve got some old machinery that’s been with us since the start, and we take care of it like it’s part of the family. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We just show up and do our jobs every day, making sure the production line keeps moving as it should.
