Concepts Architects

Concepts Architects is up on the second floor of D-11 in South City II, right near the Sohna Road area. It’s a pretty lively spot near Sohna Chowk, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while now and the office has that lived-in feel. There are stacks of catalogs and tile samples scattered around because we are always looking for something specific for a client. We aren’t the type of firm that has a minimalist, empty office; we actually use our space to work. The team is small, and we mostly just talk to each other across the desks. We don't really have formal meetings every hour. We just get to it. Working on Sohna Road means we see how fast this part of the city is changing, and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else in the neighborhood. We try to be very practical about the designs we create. It doesn't make sense to build something that people can't maintain or afford. We just take the projects as they come and try to do an honest job. Most of our clients are just regular people from around here who want to fix up their homes or start a small shop. We like that kind of work because it feels real and grounded in the community.
