Comet Electronics

Comet Electronics is located at 278 Sector 9. If you walk into our shop, the first thing you will notice is the smell of solder and the sound of a radio playing in the background. We have been in this spot for a long time. The shelves are packed with capacitors, resistors, and all sorts of bits and pieces that people need for their projects or repairs. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where every little component is kept. Most of our day is spent at the workbench under those bright magnifying lamps. People bring in all kinds of broken stuff, hoping we can bring it back to life. Sector 9 is a good neighborhood, and we have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We aren't a big chain store with matching uniforms. We are just a few people who know how circuits work. Sometimes we get stuck on a tricky repair, and it takes a few days to figure out which part failed. We don't mind the challenge, though. It’s satisfying when a machine finally hums back to life. We keep our tools sharp and our prices fair. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way because we truly enjoy the hands-on work.
