Colortip International Pvt Ltd is located at H-17 on the lower ground floor of the Sushant Shopping Arcade. This is in Sushant Lok Phase 1 in Gurgaon, right across from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Being on the lower ground floor means we don't get much natural light, so we have to keep the overhead lights on all day. It stays cooler down here during the hot months though, which is a big plus. The arcade itself is a bit of an older building, so the hallways can be a little dim. Our office is filled with samples and folders. We have them stacked on shelves and sometimes on the floor when we run out of room. It’s a bit cramped but we know where everything is. We have a couple of old chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just us at our workstations. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. There’s a small pantry area in the back where we keep the kettle. The carpet in the office is a bit faded from years of people walking back and forth. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating. It’s a functional space where we handle all our business. Most days are spent on the phone or responding to emails. It’s a quiet routine for the most part. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because everything is close by. We usually close up around seven in the evening.
