Cohort Ventures Llp is located in The Arcadia building, specifically Unit No. 614B on the sixth floor of Block A. We’re right in South City 2, Gurgaon, which is a pretty well-known spot. Being on the sixth floor means we have a bit of a trek up, but the building is well-maintained. We’ve been in this unit for a bit, and it’s become our second home in a lot of ways. It’s a professional space, but we try not to make it feel too stiff or corporate. We’ve got our computers set up and a small table where we have our lunch. Most of our day is spent looking through projects and making sure things are on track. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just do it. It’s a small group of us here, and we all know each other's habits by now. The Arcadia is a busy place, so there’s always people moving around the halls, but once we’re inside our unit, we just focus on the task at hand. We chose this spot because it’s central and easy for our partners to find. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art for the walls. We’d rather just get the work finished and go home. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in a city like Gurgaon. We just take things as they come and handle the daily load.
