City Space 82 Architects

We are located in the basement at N-13/2 in DLF City. It stays pretty cool down here even when it’s baking outside, which is a nice perk of the spot. City Space 82 Architects is where we spend our long days and sometimes late nights. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the computer monitors and large-format printers we have crammed in, but we make it work. We’ve got rolls of drawings tucked into every corner. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Most people find us because they live nearby and saw our name on a permit or something like that. We do a lot of work on local houses, helping people figure out how to get another bedroom in or how to fix a layout that’s been bothering them for years. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the houses in DLF City are built right and stay solid. There’s usually a pot of tea going, and someone is always on the phone with a contractor. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once. We don't mind the mess of the creative process. If you want to see some plans or just talk about a wall you want to knock down, you can just head down the stairs. We’ll be there, probably covered in some pencil dust or looking at a computer screen.
