At Citifinancial International, we are located on the second floor of Z-5 in Model Town II. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always noise from the street below. We’ve got used to it over the years. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a set of rooms where we keep our files and do our daily work. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way or ask someone at the local shops. We spend a lot of time on the phone and working on the computers. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a small area where we make tea and chat during the afternoon break. It’s a very regular place. We don’t follow a strict corporate manual or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay organized. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time when they come to see us. We’ve been in Model Town for a while and we like being part of the community here. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don’t try to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern designs. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have each day, one by one, until it is time to lock up and head home.
