Our office is tucked away in Sector 45 of Gurgaon, right in the Apex Cghs building. We’re in Flat B-303, so it feels a bit more like a home office than those glass towers you see everywhere else in the city. Chr Global Hr Services is what we call ourselves, but mostly we’re just a small team dealing with HR stuff. Being in a residential complex makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed, though we still keep pretty busy. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork, payroll questions, and talking to different companies about their staff. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. The lift in the building can be a bit slow some days, but we don't mind the wait. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with it. People sometimes get confused finding the flat number, but once they’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don't go in for big presentations or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and try to finish it before the sun goes down. It's a quiet enough spot for Gurgaon standards. We handle the HR side of things for various folks, making sure the details are right. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon while we handle the various tasks that come our way.
